About Matthew

Matthew has joined Cyrtene as a Partner, focusing on Program Management & Business Development. Matthew’s extensive experience in the large corporate space brings an invaluable perspective to the team.

Matt’s experience includes areas of project management, solution delivery, systems integration, strategic planning, and implementation. Matt has been able to apply his expertise in a wide range of business applications ranging from Fortune 100 corporations including Nationwide Insurance and Cardinal Health to small entrepreneurial companies.

He has been responsible for the overall strategy and management of multiple IT projects of varying duration, budgetary, strategic importance, and difficulty levels, with integrated teams of consultants ranging from 5 to 30 people and budgets of $50,000 to $2.6 Million simultaneously within the program structure.

Matt’s most recent experience as Program Manager of Experience Management within NetJets was responsible for deploying Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud to the Enterprise while migrating the existing Sales Cloud to the Lightning platform. This experience has also been working with multiple business units, technology teams, and vendors involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle.

The consultative approach Matt takes to all project stakeholders allows him to dive into the overall process or experience, document critical success factors and communication plans, deliver outcomes, and communicate efficiently to insure the project success. Matt is also experienced in both Waterfall, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and Organization Change Management (OCM), having been involved in deploying each to PMO organizations.
